Welcome Back To My Kitchen
As the weekend draws to a close once again, I prepare for a fresh and exciting week in the 'just frank' kitchen.
This week is my Farmers Market week and I take great delight in planning and preparing for it each fortnight.
The market gives me one of the few opportunities I get these days to connect with you, my loyal clients, in a face to face setting, where I can chat with you and share news of upcoming events, menus, and vegan lifestyle tips.

The market gives me one of the few opportunities I get these days to connect with you, my loyal clients, in a face to face setting, where I can chat with you and share news of upcoming events, menus, and vegan lifestyle tips.

If you aren't already aware, I have spent the last 6 months slowly winding down my freelance gardening business to make more time for my 'just frank' happenings, a process that I am now nearing the end of.
With only 6-7 gardening clients left, it won't long before I will be spending my entire week in the kitchen, and with the winter weather closing in fast, I'd be lying if I said the thought of being tucked away in front of a warm oven cooking all day didn't excite me, and as I have a host of new and exciting things in the planning, I can't wait to get started on them.
If you are new to the 'just frank' family, I also offer a meal delivery service each week.
This week, delivery day is on Thursday due to my preparations for the Farmers Market taking up most of my time on Friday.

Deliveries can be made to you either at home or to your workplace.
