Welcome Back To The Kitchen

Hello again from the 'just frank' kitchen where I am midway through some menu planning and recipe testing, two of my favourite things to do when I have some time out from actual cooking.

I have been working on a host of new goodies to be able to introduce to you in the coming weeks including a Lentil and Roast Pumpkin Lasagne with Cashew Nut Parmesan, a new Chocolate and Chia Cookie and a new variety of pie.

This week, I will be offering the Lasagne as a meal option on Friday's Serene Cuisine lunch delivery menu. The other two offerings are ready to go as well and will be introduced very soon.

I will have some super exciting news for you in the next day or so and I cannot wait to be able to share it, which I will do on my fb page!! 

Check out this week's Friday lunch menu to the right of the page, where you can make your selections and then have lunch delivered right to your home or office door on Friday.

Due to outside catering commitments, I will not be at the Mount Gambier Farmers Market this coming Saturday.

She's Apples

The shelves are stocked up again at She's Apples for my local 'just frank' customers looking for veggie burgers, a ready-made meal, dessert or any of my granolas or bliss balls.

Thank you all for your ongoing support and feedback as the word spreads and stocks continue to walk out the door. 

I am looking forward to introducing new menu items to the She's Apples fridges as more space becomes available through their renovation process, which is nearing its end.

To order your Friday Meal, please fill in the order form on the right-hand side of this blog page, selecting whatever takes your fancy, as well as delivery and payment preferences and any special instructions, and then click submit.
