This week's menu in the 'serene cuisine' kitchen is bound to be a hit as I bring you some of my most popular past recipes for delivery this Friday.
Brown Lentil Hotpot is on the menu again this week, chosen for its winter warming appeal with a piece of wholemeal flat bread as an accompaniment if you should choose to order it.Lentils are extremely high in protein, a great source of fibre and are a fantastic introduction to the world of legumes.
This week's dessert is by far the most popular one I have had on the menu!
My Apple Shortcake is a rich, yet light, apple filled dessert which is finished off with a sweet cinnamon glaze and filled with fresh locally grown apple pieces.
