Dessert will again include some of the delicious, organically grown apples that I have had the good fortune to have access to this season, as I use the last of the crop to whip up a delightfully creamy, yet chunky, apple pudding which will be served with dairy free vanilla ice cream.

This Week's Friday Menu
There's nothing like a bowl of hot lentils to warm up your belly on a chilly winters day, and this week I am serving brown lentils in an onion based sauce with seasonal roasted veggies, including sweet potato, carrot, pumpkin and potato. Extremely hearty and one of the very first lentil dishes I cooked when I went vegan many years ago, this meal remains one of my all time favourites.
