'Serene Cuisine' Menu 24/4/15

I cannot believe another week has passed since I sat here writing up a new menu to share with you all. With so much interest being shown in this beautiful, healthy and wholesome food, the oven has been on constantly as I prepare goodies for those of you who have been ordering.  

New Gluten-Free Bliss Balls

This week, I have added a new Bliss Ball to the everyday menu. This one is also 'gluten-free' and has a beautiful zesty tang to it, with the addition of both lemon juice and zest. These balls are ground almond and raw cashew nut based, with chia seeds and coconut. Rich in protein, they are the perfect healthy sweet treat, and like the other varieties, are available in bags of 4 or 30.

This Week's Friday Menu

With the cooler weather becoming a little more regular now as Winter approaches, the menu is reflecting this with salads making way for warm and hearty veggie dishes that are sure to put a fire in your belly, as the temperatures dip beneath the 20's.
This week I am serving a colourful, tasty and nutritious Vegetable Chop Suey with an array of fresh, organic goodies straight from my veggie patch. Accompanying this will be a chunky piece of Wholemeal Date and Walnut Cake, lightly iced with a sprinkling of locally grown Walnuts. With Anzac Day approaching, I have also added the traditional Anzac Biscuits to the meal deal list.

Please contact me if you have any special requests re: items that perhaps aren't currently on the menu or menu items in larger quantities.
